The Senior Engineering Technician plays a key role in delivering high-quality materials testing and third-party inspection services for construction and infrastructure projects. This position involves advanced field and laboratory testing, special inspections, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform and oversee field and laboratory testing of construction materials including concrete, soils, asphalt, aggregates, masonry, and steel.
• Conduct third-party and special inspections in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Verify construction activities meet ASTM, AASHTO, ACI, ICC, AWS, and project-specific standards.
